Behavioral Health

Our Approach

We work collaboratively with your Primary Care provider to offer whole-person care that can address the effects caused by medical illness, socio-economic instability, immigration stressors, discrimination stressors, community and domestic violence.

We help determine the causes, reasons and triggers for your depression, stress, or anxiety. We then identify and plan ways to manage the symptoms in order to improve your quality of life.

Mental health services include:

  • Counseling (talk therapy)

  • First-line medication (antidepressants)

  • Crisis intervention

  • Case Management

  • Family and group therapy
