Help Stop the Spread of

COVID-19 with TeleAssisted Visits

All patient visits will be conducted

using a TeleAssisted process. Anyone entering the clinic for any reason is required to wear a face mask. Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website for the latest updates.  

Please protect each other by:

  • getting tested

  • wearing a face mask in public

  • physical distancing (at least 6’)

  • washing your hands frequently

  • not touching your face

  • staying home if your sick

Founded in 2009 by Dr. Edgar Chavez, UCHC is a 501c3 non-profit and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in South Los Angeles.

The UCHC service delivery model provides comprehensive services across all life cycles, with a focus on prevention and empowerment of its patients to take charge of their health.
